Watch a Jack Daniel’s barrel get made into a snare drum, then enter to win it

Jack Daniel’s has dropped its name alongside musicians for years, partnering with acts from nearly every genre. Now, in association with mainstream-country outfit Zac Brown Band, they’re giving back to those who love beautiful, handmade instruments (read: everyone) with a snare drum made from barrel staves.

Using repurposed wood from a whiskey barrel, SJC Drums produced a snare drum that is being given away over on the website for the band’s current tour. Go win it and then check out this making-of video to see how it came to life.
