St. Vincent‘s visit to The Riviera Theatre in April as well as her legendary sunset performance at Pitchfork Music Festival proved to Chicago that the Digital Witness Tour is one of the year’s best, and Annie Clark’s stop at The Chicago Theatre Tuesday evening only further solidified her rein as the queen of music in 2014. With Future Islands offering up the kind of opening set that dreams are made of, St. Vincent dazzled the crowd at WXRT‘s Big Holiday Concert with songs from her four-album solo discography, David Byrne-inspired theatrics, and endless charm.
