In continued support of last year’s excellent Trouble Will Find Me, The National played four consecutive shows at The Chicago Theatre last week. The band of two sets of brothers (Bryce and Aaron Dessner on guitars and keys and Scott and Bryan Devendorf on bass and drums respectively) and frontman Matt Berninger pulled from their six-album discography on the third night of the run for a memorable show at one of the city’s most beautiful venues.
