Want to take a peek behind the curtain of Genghis Tron‘s upcoming Relapse debut? Check out the self-recorded demo of “Colony Collapse,” a tune posted today on the spastic electro-grinders’ MySpace page.
As could be expected, the track features the three-piece group’s penchant for Khan-like brutality and Tron-like digital melody, which was exceptionally demonstrated on 2006 full-length album Dead Mountain Mouth (Crucial Blast).
The “Colony Collapse” demo is also available on Triple Black Diamond, a limited Genghis Tron tour EP that contains live tracks and remixes. Fans can find the disc as the group tours with hardcore heavyweights Ed Gein and Gaza from July 17-29. Genghis Tron culminate their brief road stint with stops at Midwest festivals Dudefest on the 28th and Gorefest on the 29th.
