The long-lasting rock act will be releasing a new song, “Far Behind,” on its forthcoming collection.
Greatly popular punk rockers Social Distortion will be releasing a greatest-hits compilation on June 26 through Time Bomb Recordings.
The nearly 30-year-old group, which was formed by frontman Mike Ness in 1978, will issue a new song, “Far Behind,” to go with its classic material. The band’s cover of Johnny Cash’s “Ring of Fire” is included on the disc as well as 2004 hit “Reach for the Sky.”
“Far Behind” – no, not the Candlebox song – will hit the radio on May 15. Social Distortion is playing select tour dates in May, June, and July, and will add more in support of the release.
