The Pipettes Plan Tour of U.S. With Release of EP


Your Kisses are Wasted on Me, the band’s short release, will be issued before a full-length album later in the summer.

British retro pop act The Pipettes are set to take the United States by storm. The group, which is featured in ALARM’s forthcoming summer issue, has planned a tour of the U.S. that coincides with the release of its EP, Your Kisses are Wasted on Me (June 5, Cherrytree/Interscope).

The short work will prepare fans for The Pipettes’ stateside issuance of their debut album. That disc, titled We Are the Pipettes, will be released on August 28.
