Brooklyn based rockers, The Hold Steady, have announced that they will exclusively release their forthcoming LP, Stay Positive, on iTunes June 17th. Despite the iTunes version being released nearly a month ahead of schedule, the physical, disc format will retain it’s original July 15th release date. However, there is some relief for impatient fans awaiting the disc’s release, because Craig Finn and Co. are currently streaming the album, in its entirety, on their MySpace page (see link below).
