Presented by All Tomorrow’s Parties as part of its Don’t Look Back series, illustrious composer Ennio Morricone leads a 100-piece orchestra and a 100-person choir tomorrow night to perform some of his most famous film scores at London’s Prince Albert Hall.
Morricone, a prolific and inimitable composer, is best known outside of Italy for his soundtracks to western films such as The Good, The Bad and The Ugly, A Fistful of Dollars, and Once Upon a Time in the West. The orchestra will perform each of these themes — all originally scored for director Sergio Leone — as well as a number of other pieces, including a tribute to director Mauro Bolognini.
Select tickets are still available. Head to this ATP Festival event page for the full program.
