Chicago Photography Collective, a group of twenty-five Chicago based photojournalists and fine artists, is currently being housed in 29 E. Madison gallery. The group’s exhibition features portraits, nature and abstracts in both black and white and color photography.
Taking over the Wabash Gallery is Chicago based Sara Schnadt’s installation, Network. Inspired by the idea that we all live in a real and virtual world, and that the virtual world is constantly and ever expanding, Network uses tons of electric yellow string and mirrors to show a virtual network cutting through an otherwise ordinary environment.
Stop by the galleries Tuesdays through Sundays as more continue to pop up throughout the loop.
