Indie pop and hip hop collide on Common Grackle’s The Great Depression

Blend the creative juices of indie-pop songwriter Gregory Pepper and prolific hip-hop producer Factor and the result is Common Grackle. Going strong since their collaboration began last year, these musical innovators blur the lines between genres in their new album, The Great Depression, out August 10 on Fake Four Inc.

It showcases the magic of Factor’s recognizable drum beats and Pepper’s elegant harmonies and instrumentation. Performances by the Camp Pepper alumni and guest appearances by Kool Keith and Ceschi add even more depth to this full-length album.
