Chicago’s remix king The Hood Internet worked its magic on the P.O.S. cover of The Beatles‘ “Dear Boy.” The original cover track is included on the Minnesota Beatle Project Vol.2 compilation (Vega Productions, 12/7/10), and the remix uses what is likely the most-sampled song of 2010 with La Roux’s “In For The Kill.”

The Minnesota Beatle Project Vol.2 compilation features 16 Minnesotan bands, including the Meat Puppets and Soul Asylum, covering Beatles tunes. It is available now on CD, MP3, and limited-edition double vinyl formats.
