Droning psych-rock duo Barn Owl has announced its fifth album, titled V, due 4/16 from Thrill Jockey. Featuring a more electronic palette, it’s six tracks of heady fuzz and synths. Watch the band performing “Void Redux” at Thrill Jockey’s 20th-anniversary party last November.
