In Chicago, we have a proud tradition of bitching about the cold winters only to bitch about the muggy summers. We also have a proud tradition of terrible baseball teams. Combine those last two items, and bam — you could use a nice, cold cocktail.
If you’re watching a rough season on the South Side, you’re in luck; Bacardi at the Park, located conveniently outside US Cellular Field, has several featured cocktails for summer. Whether or not you’re in Chicago, the recipes are below for reference.
