Black Sabbath reenters studio with Ozzy, 35 years later

Black Sabbath has returned to the studio with Ozzy Osbourne for the first time in 35 years to record a new album, 13, due in June. Here's a video preview of the original lineup (with Brad Wilk in place of Bill Ward) talking about the process.

13. This number, above most others, has a superstitious history — buildings built without 13th floors, Friday the 13th, and historic associations with bad luck. But in 2013, heavy-metal forefather Black Sabbath is taking that number back with the release of its new album, 13, to be released in June.

Here’s a sneak peak at the recording process as the band heads back into the studio with super producer Rick Rubin. With returning original members Ozzy Osbourne, Tony Iommi, and Geezer Butler — plus Rage Against the Machine drummer Brad Wilk — it should be an interesting ride.
