Dewar’s, a premium brewer, is introducing a new “Highlander” line, which will hopefully get you to drink like a proper gentleman. First off the line is Highlander Honey, which uses Dewar’s excellent White Label as its base and then infuses it with honey from a nearby apiary. Filtered through oak chips, it comes out with notes of citrus and a smooth texture, making for a warm, bee-stung burn.
