Neon Neon, comprised of Gruff Rhys and Boom Bip, has announced a new album, Praxis Makes Perfect, to be released 4/29 on Lex. Inspired by Italian political activist and publisher Giangiacomo Feltrinelli, Praxis follows 2008 debut Stainless Style, which was inspired by car entrepreneur John DeLorean.
