The Californian sisters who comprise the rising, eponymous Haim played a sold-out show in Chicago last Saturday night with husband-and-wife duo Tennis in tow.

Alana, Danielle, and Este—the Californian sisters who comprise the rising, eponymous Haim (their last name)—brought last year’s Days Are Gone to life in Chicago last Saturday night. Originally booked to play The Vic, the trio upgraded to Uptown’s Riviera Theatre and had no trouble selling out the venue to a dedicated (and fairly inebriated) crowd.

With a Beyoncé cover peppered into the set (“XO”) and fan favorites such as “The Wire” and “If I Could Change Your Mind,” the sister act proved that they could entertain a venue the size of The Aragon on their next cruise through the Windy City. Marking the evening even more of a family affair, the Denver-based husband-and-wife duo Tennis opened up the night with a batch of new tracks and old favorites, garnering themselves a heap of new fans.
