More than 40 bands took to Chicago’s Union Park last weekend for another installment of Pitchfork Music Festival, held over three stages and just as many days. St. Vincent rocked so hard she bashed her head into a drum, Beck delivered a career-spanning set, and Kendrick Lamar‘s still-strong debut, Good Kid, MAAD City, had new life breathed into it via the rapper’s live band.
