Also look for Atmosphere as the musical guest on FUEL TV’s “The Daily Habit” this week. They will be doing two songs acoustic, “Guarantees” off When Life Gives You Lemons… and “Not Another Day” off the new Sad Clown Bad Spring 12. This will air Friday May 23rd at 3pmEST, 6pmPST and again at 6pmEST, 9pmPST. It then will re-air twice the following Monday May 26th at 8:30amEST, 11:30amPST and finally at 11:30amEST, 2:30pmPST.

Morgan Lehman Gallery will present Sexy Time: A Group Effort, a group mixed-media exhibition. This exhibition “attempts to address the multiple ways we filter, confront, and communicate sexuality through humor and satirical means.”

Artists participating include Susan Anderson, Richard Colman, Chrissy Conant, Franklin Evans, James Gobel, Kris Knight, Sabrina Marques, James Merrell, Matthew Palladino, and Randy Polumbo.

Dangerbird Records Presents “Modern 56”

Four bands from Dangerbird Record, Darker My Love, One AM Radio, Dappled Cities, and Eulogies have recorded songs originally released in 1956. Recorded at Lone Palm Studios, in Los Angeles, the songs are part of a promotion by PF Flyers and are available for free download below.

Liz Phair To Perform Exile In Guyville, Reissue

To mark its 15th year anniversary, Exile In Guyville will be reissued on June 24th (ATO records) and will include three unreleased B-Sides and Guyville Redux DVD. Liz Phair will perform the entire album on June 25th at Hiro Ballroom in New York, with similar events planned for Chicago and San Francisco.

Wes Lang’s solo show, Are You Ready For The Country?, is his third at ZieherSmith Gallery. His work has also been seen in exhibitions in Berlin at Peres Projects; in New York at Alexander and Bonin, Greenberg Van Doren, and Andrea Rosen Gallery; in Athens at the Deste Foundation and Ileana Tounta Contemporary Art Centre; among others.

Firewater Announce Tour Dates

Epitaph Announces Re-issues of Smash and Ignition by Offspring

Epitaph will be re-issuing 1992’s Ignition and 1994’s Smash by Offspring on June 17th.

Smash has sold over 11 million copies worldwide. The release continues to hold the title of best-selling independently released album of all time. The Offspring have sold over 34 million albums in their career.
