Rainbow Coloured Tears of a Clown, a new exhibition by street artist Nomad, is currently on display until January 9 at The Circleculture Gallery in Berlin, Germany. Best known for his interactive street projects that combine writing, street art, poetry and classical painting, he will move indoors to showcase a holistic work of art.

Kristin Baker opens “Splitting Twilight” at Deitch Projects in NYC
Splitting Twilight, a new exhibition from New York-based painter Kristin Baker, opens November 5 at Deitch Projects’ Wooster Street location in New York. Baker, who notoriously focuses her paintings on car racing, presents landscape painting with a modernist twist for her third exhibition with Deitch Projects.

New York based artist SWOON is featured in a video for Gestalten.tv, a video podcast section of Gestalten design publishing company, and is best known for elaborate wheat pasted cut-out depictions of everyday street scenes she leaves covering New York City that decay and interact with the world around them for a constantly changing display of art.
Scion presents: “Infinity”
Statrting Saturday, October 10th at 7PM and running until November 7th the Scion Installation LA will hold an opening reception for the show entitled “Infinity”. The exhibition will feature contributions from artists such as Butt Johnson, Noah Davis, and Hilary Pecis and will “explore both the vastness of the infinite and the limitations of the infinite.”

Omar Rodriguez-Lopez of The Mars Volta scores new film “The Burning Plain”
The new film from Guillermo Arriaga (“Amores Perros,” “21 Grams,” and “Babel,”) stares Charlize Theron and music by Rodriguez-Lopez. The film received an 11-minute, 36-second standing ovation at the Venice Film Festival last year.
Arriaga has referred to Rodriguez-Lopez like, “something between Chopin and Jimi Hendrix,”
